This corrugated paper is adhered by glue<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To the first durable piece of paper<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As noted above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are subsequently adhered<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To another paper similar to the first,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus forming a sandwich with a corrugated center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is shaped into a rectangular plane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The plane is folded into four equal sections<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then the two ends are glued together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Slits are cut to form flaps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two opposing flaps are folded inward,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then the cube is rotated ninety degrees<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And the remaining flaps are folded towards each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A length of tape, sticky side down,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is placed across the resulting seam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This forms the bottom of the cube,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Which is now variously referred to as a box<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or a shipping container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One flips it over and puts things into it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mindful people reuse it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It can be recycled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I haven’t done with a box!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve used them to move all over the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why, this one box accompanied me on ten moves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By the time I had to part with it\u2014what a sad day!\u2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was more tape than cardboard!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I had used it for records,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Books,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dishes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spices,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Socks,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Winter gear,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And finally vermiculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Boxes are awesome!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can even use them as tables<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or for closet storage<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or to keep art supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
