I work exclusively with available light, and do very little editing or post-processing. This keeps my images alive and in-the-moment. Without technical distraction, the sight of a spider leaving her egg sac for the winter, or of a metric paper wasp standing guard over a future brood, retains its immediacy and vibrancy. Their world resonates more fully with ours.
